No. Bareun Mask is a daily comfort face mask designed for skincare routine and everyday wear. It is not intended for medical use and is not classified as a medical device.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the continental United States — and shipping is always free.

Which size should I choose — Large or X-Large?

Large (17.5 × 9.5 cm) — fits most adult faces with a slim flat profile.
X-Large (19.5 × 9.5 cm) — extra coverage for larger faces or those who prefer more room around the chin.

If you’re between sizes, we recommend X-Large for added comfort during long wear.

What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, opened mask packages cannot be returned. Unopened, unused boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — just reach out to us at bareunmask@gmail.com with your order number.

Every Bareun Mask is made in Korea at a clean cleanroom facility with strict hygiene standards. Each box of 50 is sealed at the factory.
