We're committed to getting your Bareun Mask order to you quickly and reliably. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We currently offer standard ground shipping within the continental United States. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the continental United States — no minimum purchase required.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, we ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We are actively working to expand our shipping reach — please subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when new regions become available.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Delays & Exceptions

While we work hard to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak shopping periods. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at bareunmask@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages or correct addresses once an order has been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will reach out to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense.
